Ken Appleton personally came out which was refreshing to see they are truly a family run business… We were pleasantly surprised with the conceptual drawing Ken quickly drafted. Project is completed and we are loving our Entertainment Center with a Home Theater solution including a Samsung 65” 4k UHDTV.”
