Hi Ken,
We wanted to take a moment and thank you and your team for our new Family Room which has exceeded our expectations. The cabinets, sound system and TV have transformed our home. We have not had the best of luck with contractors but the project went exactly as you told us at the beginning.
From the install of the cabinets, the replacement of fireplace, the painting and the install of the electronics. Each team was on time, did great work, and took time to explain what they were doing. We were especially impressed with how they protected our floors and furniture. We appreciated the fact that we never felt we were being pressured into equipment we did not want nor features we didn’t need.
Our only negative comment is the before and after picture. Our new room makes the old one look soooooo bad.
