It was very refreshing to see how Ken of Appleton Renovations presented fresh ideas that went beyond what we believed could be done with our area… every aspect of the proposed was detailed out, Ken mentioned that there were some unknowns concerning our fireplace and he would be able to advise better once the wall was opened up, what was nice is he proposed two plans before starting our project detailing an alternative backup plan which had complete cost details for both solutions. This left us feeling very comfortable knowing all our options and associated cost.
