Recently we had a flood demolishing our entire 1st floor including our kitchen… We were sad but realized this was an opportunity to remodel our dream home, we contracted a designer and she advised there was only one company she trusted & recommended Appleton Renovations.  Literally after the 1st design consultation with Ken we realized he had the vision and expertise to restore & transform our home with a Hand Crafted Custom  Entertainment Center & Home Theater… The team was absolutely a pleasure to work with.. For years we had struggled to properly configure our room and had been forced to place our TV on the adjacent wall to the fireplace minimizing our living space to a small couch and chair making it very difficult to entertain.  We came across Appleton Renovations and were hopeful they would be able to come up with a fresh idea… To our amazement within minutes Ken Appleton showed us a solution we didn’t even know would be possible.  Ken pointed out that we had the blinds closed probably to avoid looking at the dividing fence so why not build in front of them?  He was right!  Anyway… What a professional company from start to finish, our Hand Crafted Custom Entertainment Center exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our family room.  We now have a beautiful Entertainment center with a 60†Samsung HDTV and Theater.

 We Highly recommend Appleton Renovations!!!

We called Appleton Renovations to request a retro fit to our existing Fireplace Entertainment center,  Ken advised they could do the modification but it would fall way short of the rooms actual potential… We were curious and ask for his advise… Within minutes Ken Designed an Entertainment Center that definitely exceeded our expectations. The Built-In was built to the ceiling, the vents were moved the speakers were also moved into the ceiling all the electronics were put behind doors and the stone was redone… All performed within our budget.. We are so happy with the results, in fact our designer said “Appleton Renovations is one of the best companies they have ever worked with.â€Â  Very professional company!

Recently a home with our same floor plan had sold and in the sold flyer was this beautiful Fireplace Entertainment center, we were simply amazed that this was our exact floor plan… Immediately we decided to try and find a custom cabinet maker that could replicate the project… I contacted nearly 10 companies with no success on a last ditch effort I sent the image to Appleton Renovations and on the same day I was contacted by Ken Appleton via Email… His response “LOL the image you sent me is one of our projects, in fact we just finished their new home, if you would like I can just send you their original quoteâ€Â Â  We were shocked that we actually found the company that performed the work…  Upon visiting Appleton Renovations we immediately booked our project, we even decided to take a vacation while they performed the renovation.  The project went flawless and was finished on time as promised… We now have a beautiful Entertainment Center with a Samsung HDTV along with a Home Theater Surround sound that meets everything we had hoped for… The neighbors stopped in and now want their home done too.   Appleton Renovations is extremely professional… You certainly get what you pay for!

We have had Appleton Renovations do built-Ins in our office and wanted to also  update our old White Kitchen cabinets. We contacted companies that simply did cabinet re-facing and were surprised as to how expensive they were…($20k) In Speaking with Ken we learned that we could simply Replace the Doors and hardware and add wainscot to our Island to revamp our kitchen at a fraction of the cost… the results are stunning! We SAVED $15,000 by taking Kens Recommendation. Appleton Renovations is fabulous. They were absolutely excellent & superb. We could not find better people.  The price was a little more than I expected to spend but it was well worth it. We have a 31 year old home and when we bought it, it was a mess. Needless to say there was nothing there, nothing at all. What Appleton Renovations built  makes our home look like a queen’s palace. It is absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier. Ken came out for a free design consultation and showed us a number of options way beyond our expectation then presented one of the most thorough proposals I have ever seen. Ken did absolutely everything so precise to the letter of law. We highly recommend Appleton Renovations to all our family & friends!
